Change your mind?
Not a problem! We accept returns. There is a 30% restocking fee to cover the return shipping and handling costs unless the returned item is defective or a wrong item. You can return unused items in the original or even opened packaging within 30 days of the delivery. If 30 days or more have passed since your package was delivered, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it to ensure item is unused and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your remaining purchase price after applying a 30% restocking fee and this credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Received a Wrong or Defective Unit?
We only exchange or refund an item with no restocking fee if it is defective or a wrong item. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, or doesn’t match the part that you purchased, you should promptly contact us with details of the part and the defect. Under certain circumstances, we will request a photo or small video clip detailing the defect.

Damaged or lost during Shipping?
At Tesloid, we take great care in ensuring that your items are securely packaged and shipped promptly. However, we understand that sometimes things can go wrong during transit. Below is our policy for handling damaged or lost items during shipping:
Damaged Items:
- If your order arrives with damage, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- Contact us at [support email] with your order number and photos of the damaged product(s), packaging, and shipping label.
- After reviewing the information provided, we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and determine whether a return, replacement, or any other resolution is appropriate.
- Any next steps, such as requesting the item’s return or offering a solution, will depend on the specific circumstances.
Lost Items:
- If your order is lost during shipping, please notify us promptly.
- Send us an email at [support email] with your order number and tracking details. We will investigate the matter with the shipping carrier.
- Resolution, such as replacing the lost item or providing a refund, will be determined on a case-by-case basis based on the investigation results and the circumstances of the loss.
- For orders marked as “Delivered” but not received, please notify us within 7 days. We will assess the situation and work with the carrier to find a resolution.
General Conditions:
- Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery for damaged or lost items.
- Tesloid is not responsible for items lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
- All resolutions, including returns or replacements, will be determined based on individual circumstances and are not guaranteed.
Warranty
All non-electronic parts have 90 days of warranty. All electronic parts have 1 year warranty.
